If you choose to email us, your
email subject should be a summary of the issue.
The
email body should contain a detailed description of the issue, noting precisely any error messages seen.
Wherever possible please
attach a screenshot or photo of any relevant errors messages.
Finally, be sure to
include a contact telephone number, preferably a DDI or mobile in case we need to call you.

We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible by the most appropriate method, usually via email.
